IEE Alumni on VIP Panel at "Change Agents" Conference

On 18th June 2013, IEE alumni Dr. Augustine Magolowondo participated in a VIP panel together with DAAD president Prof. Dr. Margret Wintermantel, Federal Minister Dirk Niebel (Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, BMZ) and other DAAD alumni.

The panel was part of the conference "Change Agents – The Faces of Change: Higher Education as a Driving Force for Sustainable Development" at the Ruprecht Karls University Heidelberg. Dr. Magolowondo holds a PhD in Political Science and a Master's degree in Development Management, both from the Ruhr University, and is now the Africa Regional Programme Coordinator at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), Lilongwe, Malawi.
