The IEE is proud to announce that long-standing staff member Britta Niklas has been awarded the degree of a Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) after successfully defending her PhD Thesis on Wednesday, 23 October, 2024.

Her thesis titled "Consumer Preferences and Producer Challenges in the Wine Industry: Applications of Revealed and Stated Preference Approaches" was supervised by Prof. Wilhelm Löwenstein and Prof. Nicola Werbeck. The session was chaired by Prof. Matthias Busse. The cumulative dissertation consists of four articles already published in esteemed peer-reviewed academic journals.
