Sascha Rosenberger is the latest graduate of the PhD IDS.

After the successful defense of his PhD thesis on Friday, February 9th, 2018, Sascha Rosenberger from Paraguay has been awarded the degree of Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.).

His thesis, entitled "Grounded in Paraguay: An Appropriation Theory of ICTs and Education for Development", was supervised by Prof. Dr. Eva Gerharz and Prof. Dr. Heike Mónika Greschke.
