Short Profile
Christof holds a diploma in Economics and has worked in the sector of Humanitarian Assistance for more than 20 years in several countries including DR Congo, Colombia, Burundi and Haiti. Moreover, Christof has gained professional experience working as Programme Coordinator and Country Officer for organizations like Malteser International, Médecins Sans Frontières and Help. Since 2015, Christof has been teaching at the IFHV in the context of the NOHA network. In his PhD project, Christof deals with the thematic area of Localisation and the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus (Triple Nexus) concerning gender based violence in DR Congo. Christof speaks German, French and English and some Spanish.
