Afghan Lecturer at RUB Campus Run

2012-08 CampusRun The IEE was actively represented at the RUB "Campus Run" by Khwaja Muhammad Ahmadzi (27), a lecturer of Kandahar Faculty of Economics. Khwaja, who is currently studying in the MSc in Management and Economics program for Afghan lecturers at RUB, not only represented the IEE but also his country as the only participant from Afghanistan!

Congratulations to Doctor Fanta!

After successful defense of his PhD thesis on Tuesday, 17th January 2012, Elias Gebreselassie Fanta from Ethiopia has been awarded the degree of a Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) He is the fourth graduate of the International Development Studies Doctoral Programme and at the same time the second scholarship holder of the Development Research Division of the South African-German Centre for Development Research and Criminal Justice who completed his PhD.
